Returns and refunds

Return & Refunds policy

We understand that sometimes life happens, and the cancellation of an order is necessary. Please read our following policy guidelines below.  All policies are with "no exceptions" unless otherwise stated.

 

-Order cancellation prior to receiving a shipping notification via email will be refunded via the original payment method.  Please allow approximately 5 business days for the refund to process.  We reserve the right to deduct any payment processing fee(s) from the refund.

-Any missing parts/hardware within your package must be reported no later than 10 days of delivery, and will be replaced at no additional cost.  Any missing item(s) outside of that time frame can be purchased directly through our website.

 

-A return for refund or exchange request must be communicated within 10 days of receiving your product. Anything outside of that is not eligible for return & refund consideration.  

-We only consider refunds for products originally purchased directly from Us, that are returned unopened in its original packaging with all components included, unless specified otherwise.  

 

-All products eligible for return & refund may be subjected to a 30% restocking fee.  

 

-All refunds will be processed through your original payment method.  We reserve the right to deduct any payment processing fee(s) from the refund.  

 

-Inbound shipping fees will not be included in the refund/exchange.  

 

-We do not accept returns or issue refunds on services, non-defective firearms, final sale items, as-is, or blemished products purchased.  

 

-The customer assumes full responsibility for shipping an item to us. We recommend buying insurance for the package as we will not issue any refunds/exchanges without the product in our facility.

 

-If we receive an item(s) not eligible for return/exchange, it's the customer's responsibility to pay any shipping fees to have the item(s) sent back to them within 10 business days of notice from Us.  After 10 days of notice, we will consider the item(s) abandoned and assume ownership of the item(s).

 

-Sureshot Armament Group USA assumes no liability for lost or stolen items once they leave our facility.  We will be happy to assist you with filing a lost package claim with the shipping provider.

 

Limited Manufacturer’s Warranty

 

-Upon delivery of a product purchased directly from our website, we offer a 60-day limited warranty against obvious manufacturing defects only.  This warranty only applies to unmodified products not sold as blemished, as-is, or final sale items.  If you think that you received a defective product eligible for warranty coverage, please email us thoroughly explaining the issue you are experiencing.  We will determine if an RMA is appropriate for further evaluation.  If we determine that the product is indeed defective, we will authorize a refund or replacement of the product - whichever you would prefer.

 

-Our products have been rigorously tested on multiple AK platforms, and machined with exact precision to accommodate as many AK firearms as possible. Deviations, improper alignment, and/or out of spec dimensions of components with the AK platform are somewhat common, and may interfere with proper fitment of our products.  Sureshot Armament Group USA assumes no liability or warranty coverage for fitment issues unrelated to our products specifications.  We strongly recommend that any fitment issues be handled by a certified gunsmith experienced with the AK platform to prevent damage to your firearm and/or new product.
