Returns and refunds

We understand that sometimes life happens, and the cancelation of an order is necessary. Please read our following policy guidelines below.
-Cancelations made prior to shipping will receive a full refund.
-Missing items must be reported within 5 days of delivery. Any missing item(s) outside of that time frame can be purchased directly through our website.
-Returns/exchanges must be communicated within 14 days of receiving your product. Anything outside of that will not be accepted.
-All products are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
-We only accept returns from products purchased directly from our website. Products purchased from an outside source will need to be handled by them.
-We only accept product back in new condition. It needs to be unused, undamaged, with no modifications and in its original packaging with all components included, unless specified otherwise.
-All refunds will be processed through your original payment method only, minus the cost of delivery unless previously discussed.
-We do not accept returns on final sale items or blemished products purchased.
-Customers are responsible for returning their items. We recommend insuring the package as we cannot issue any returns/exchanges without the product in our facility.
-If we receive a damaged product and cannot accept it, it will be the financial responsibility of the customer to have it sent back to them.
Limited Manufacturer’s Warranty
-Upon delivery, we offer a 60-day limited warranty against manufacturing defects only.
-Due to the various deviations that can be found within the AK platform, we recommend all fitment issues be handled with your local gunsmith to prevent damage to your firearm and/or new product. Our chassis systems have been rigorously test fitted on multiple platforms and machined with exact precision to accommodate as many firearms as possible. Deviations, improper alignment and/or out of spec dimensions of components on a firearm can/will interfere with proper fitment.
